Access to specific features of our Services necessitates the creation of a Botlife account. Botlife reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are accountable for all activities conducted under your account. As a Botlife user, you are accountable for all activities under your account. You are prohibited from using our platform to create bots that violate laws, regulations, or infringe upon third-party rights. This includes activities like spamming, harassment, spreading malware, and engaging in fraud. While Botlife does not claim ownership of your content, by using our Services and uploading or generating content, you grant us a license to access, use, and modify your content as necessary to operate, improve, and promote our Services. You are solely responsible for the content you submit to our Services, and you agree not to engage in unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory activities, nor upload malicious content or use your bot to collect sensitive information unlawfully. Any breach of these rules may result in the termination of your account and deletion of your bot instances.

While you retain all rights to your content, by submitting it to Botlife, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content. Botlife and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the platform and services. You are not permitted to modify, publish, create derivative works from, or exploit any of Botlife’s intellectual property without our express written consent.
Botlife integrates with third-party services, for which we are not responsible. We do not monitor or endorse the content of these third-party websites or services and are not liable for their content, accuracy, or reliability. These links are provided solely for your convenience.
